The leaders of West Ham United have requested a meeting with the heads of Sporting Lisbon to discuss coach Ruben Amorim.
Amorim is seen as a replacement for David Moyes, writes "The Athletic" on Tuesday. Amorim is one of the coaches most wanted by the clubs that will be without coaches during the summer.
Liverpool, Bayern, Manchester United and Barcelona are among the clubs that are considering the possibility of engaging the 39-year-old Portuguese.
Amorim took the job of coach at Sporting in 2020. Earlier he also coached Braga. He is highly regarded for the work he does.
