Germany and Real Madrid centre-back Antonio Rudiger was very angry with referee Ricardo De Burgos Bengoetxea, who refereed the Copa del Rey final between Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Rudiger had a very harsh attitude towards Bengoetxea. In the last seconds of the match, Rudiger even tried to attack the referee.

Rudiger's behavior in the King's Cup final was also commented on by the director of the German National Team, Rudi Voller.
Voller, in an interview with the German newspaper "Bild", stated that Rudiger's behavior is unacceptable.
"Toni is a top-level player but as a representative he must show class in his behaviour. In this case he and some of his teammates allowed themselves to be overly influenced by the extremely heated atmosphere. This is unacceptable. He needs to change his behaviour and he knows this," Voller said.
Rudiger is very important for both Real Madrid and the German national team.
