Vincent Kompany has been officially appointed as coach of the German team, Bayern Munich.
The announcement was made on Wednesday on the Bundesliga's official Facebook page.
The 38-year-old signed an agreement with the German team for three years. The Belgian, once a defender, is Thomas Tuchel's successor.
Bayern finished third in the 2023-2024 season with 72 points, one behind second-placed Stuttgart.
