Stuttgart defeated Leipzig 3-1 at home on Wednesday night in the other semi-final.
Arminia Bielefeld surprised Bayer Leverkusen, the reigning German Cup winners, on Tuesday night.
Angelo Stiller scored for 1:0 in the fifth minute, while Nick Woltemade doubled the score in the 57th minute.
Benjamin Sheshko scored the only goal for the guests in the 62nd minute.
