Mergim Berisha had trouble with coach Pellegrino Matarazzo before the break due to representative matches and was suspended.
It was not known when he would return to the Hoffenheim team again.
But on Friday, the medium "Kicker" announced that the tense situation between Berisha and coach Matarazzo has been clarified.
The striker will be ready to play for the match against Bochum, which is played on Saturday from 15:30.
Sports director Andreas Schicker was the mediator in clarifying the situation.
"Exile Berisha is allowed to return," Matarazzo said on Friday.
"He completed training with the group on Thursday. "Berisha has made good use of the suspension time to reflect and get back on the right track and help us score goals", said Matarazzo first.
Matarazzo confirmed that the sports director influenced this decision.
"There were several conversations. Andreas Schicker has played a constant role and we are happy to have him back in the team," Matarazzo stated at the press conference.
In the current edition, Berisha has played seven matches in all competitions. He has one goal scored and one assist.
The 26-year-old made 13 appearances for Germany's U21 age group, while he played twice for Germany in friendly matches.
