One of the names that caught the most attention in Drita's last match in Europe was Raddy Ovouka. The left-back, after coming on from the bench, changed the course of the match.
Drita eliminated the team from Malta, Floriana, in the second qualifying round of the Conference League.
In the return match held last Tuesday at the "Fadil Vokrri" stadium in Pristina, Drita won 2:1 after extra time.
The first match between Floriana and Drita ended 1:1.
Ovouka entered the game in the 60th minute, and assisted on the equalizing goal, after a burst on the left wing during which he dribbled past several players.

Light barely advances to the Conference League
In the first minute of extra time, Ovouka forced the opponent to score in his own goal, giving Drita a big 2:1 victory and qualification to the third qualifying round of the Conference League.
Drita will face the San Marino club, Tre Fiori, in the third qualifying round of the "Conference League".
Drita will play the first match against Tre Fiori on Thursday, while the return match will be played a week later in Pristina.
The team from Gjilan recently parted ways with coach Zekirija Ramadani.
Before the return match against Floriana, Drita had not won in nine consecutive matches.
The Congolese defender told KOMA that with the victory over Floriana, the team has overcome the results crisis.
"We are the same team that won the championship twice, reached the group stage and even passed that stage. Why not believe? In football there are moments when a team is not in its best form. However, I think that with this victory we have overcome that period and now we must continue in the same way," Ovouka emphasized.

Light mobilized for promotion to the Conference League
Drita made history last season by qualifying for the league stage of the Conference League. They even advanced to the knockout stage playoffs.
Ovouka says that Drita is ready to face the best teams in the third most important continental competition. The Congolese further added that the team has gained experience in recent years.
"Last season in the Conference League we faced some very good teams, including Rayo Vallecano, who reached the final of the last edition. Over the last two or three years we have gained experience and are now better prepared to face the best teams in Europe, although we know that we have to remain humble and continue to learn from each match. We simply want to do better than last season. We will continue to work with humility and determination to achieve our objectives", emphasized Ovouka.
He has been part of the Gjilan team since 2023, when he was transferred from the Ghanaian team, Hearts of Oak, for 10 thousand euros. His contract with Drita ends in 2027.
Ovouka says that his main goal is to always give his best for the Drita jersey.
"Even a single minute on the field is motivation for me. I always give my best for the team and for the Drita jersey. We will continue to work to improve. My goal is always to help my teammates and contribute with something positive."
