Striker Ajdini scored for the guests in the eighth minute, while Rrudhani narrowed the lead to 2:1 after half an hour of play.
Rrudhani completed the match, while Ajdini was replaced in the 71st minute.
Luzern is at the top of the table with 18 points from nine games played. Lausanne has ten points less at the bottom of the table.
