The referee is attacked in Argentina

Brawling scenes in South America's lower leagues have become commonplace. Football referees are regularly attacked by players at the end of matches and most of the time have to leave under police escort. The last case happened on Sunday, in the match of the Fourth Category of Argentine football between Huracan Comodoro and Olimpia Juniors.

Huracan Comodoro eliminated Olimpia Juniors from the playoffs, an outcome that didn't go down well with defender Enzo Dody, who attacked referee Danilo Viola.

First by kicking him, then by throwing him with football boots. He is expected to receive severe punishment.
