Milot Rashica has not accepted Besiktas' offer to terminate his contract.
"Besiktas is continuing its efforts to part with players it does not count on. The management has accelerated negotiations to terminate Milot Rashica's contract. However, it has been reported that the Kosovar footballer and his agent have not yet responded positively to this request," writes the Turkish media outlet "Medya Siyah Beyaz".
Rashica has one more year on his contract with Beskitash. It is reported that the Kosovo footballer's annual salary is approximately 2.5 million euros and he is not interested in terminating his current contract.
It has been reported that several clubs in Europe have expressed interest in Rashica, but his high salary is making the move difficult.
Rashica was not included in Besiktas' squad for the match against Çorum on Monday.
