Midfielder Ylber Ramadani will not be included in Albania's squad for the two September matches.
This was announced by the Albanian Football Association (AFH) on Sunday.
Ramadani is one of the important players of the Rossoneri, but he has health problems.
Albania plays a friendly against Gibraltar on September 4, while on September 9 it plays a World Cup qualifying match against Latvia.
"The footballer has had a recurring larynx infection, which requires rest for several days and antibiotic therapy and for this reason he will not be able to respond to the call of the National Team," the Albanian Football Association (AFH) said in a statement.
