Aston Villa striker Marcus Rashford could end the season early.
"BBC" reported on Monday that Englishman Rashford has a thigh muscle injury and will most likely not be able to help Villa in the remaining matches in the Premier League.
There are four laps left until the end of the edition.
Rashford missed Aston Villa's FA Cup semi-final against Crystal Palace on Saturday.
Further tests will be carried out to understand the extent of the injury. Rashford, 27, is on loan at Aston Villa until the summer from Manchester United.
This season, in 41 matches played, he has scored 11 goals and made nine assists.
