Bayern Munich have worked hard to reach the Champions League final, and the players and fans are preparing for an unforgettable moment in the second leg of their semi-final, Bayern coach Vincent Kompany said in a press conference on Tuesday.
The return match between Bayern and Paris Saint-Germain takes place on Wednesday at 21:00 PM in Munich.
Paris is the reigning Champions League winner. The Parisian team won 5:4 in the first leg. Bayern came back from a 5:2 deficit in a match that was considered one of the most beautiful of the last decade.
Kompany said he feels Bayern's players and fans are ready to secure a place in the European final.
"It's this feeling that together we're going to take the next step," Kompany said. "Few believed at the start of the season that in the last home game we would have the chance to secure the Champions League final. Now we're here, we've enjoyed some great moments and the fans believe we're going to do it. And together we want to make this moment unforgettable."

In Kompany's second year in charge, Bayern have secured the German title and could also win the German Cup. They will play Stuttgart in the final on May 23.
Kompany has said he is completely calm ahead of the match against Paris.
"We want to win the game. We have ideas that we think will help us do that. The most important thing is to win the game and that is the priority," Kompany stressed.
The triumph in the last edition obviously serves the Parisians. Coach Luis Enrique has kept the team that brought the long-awaited trophy. He will not be able to count on Achraf Hakimi, who was injured in the first match.
"We will play in Munich and we must be competitive like never before. We admire Bayern, but it is motivating to be better. We will try to beat a team that plays sensational football," said Enrique.
