Kosovo goalkeeper Arijanet Muriq and Sassuolo have advanced further in the Coppa Italia.
Sassuolo on Monday evening, in the 1/32 finals, eliminated the second division team, Cesena, by defeating them with a convincing score of 3:0.
The winning goals for Sassuolo were scored by Cristian Volpato, Vasilije Axhiq and Luca Lipani.
The 27-year-old Muriq stood out with five saves and was rated with an 8.2.
Sassuolo plays its first match of the 2026/27 Serie A season on Sunday against Atalanta.
