Coach Jose Mourinho, who currently leads Portuguese side Benfica, has admitted that leaving Inter in 2010 for Real Madrid was the most difficult decision of his career.
But, he added that he would do such a thing again, while emphasizing that no current "nerazzurri" player would have a place as a starter in the Inter team that won the "treblet".
"I like many current Inter players, but none of them would play in my team that won the 'treblet'," Mourinho declared in a long interview given to "La Gazzetta dello Sport."
According to recent reports, Mourinho would return to Madrid again if he had greater powers over player transfers and team building.
Mourinho is the leading candidate to replace interim coach Alvaro Arbeloa as manager. Arbeloa replaced the sacked Xabi Alonso at the start of the year.
