Milan have reached an agreement with Strasbourg for the transfer of Belgian footballer Diego Moreira.
The "Rodrigues" will pay 50 million euros for Moreira's card.
According to recent reports, an agreement between the two clubs has been reached and procedures to finalize the transfer have already begun.
Midfielder Moreira is expected to undergo medical tests on Tuesday.
Moreira's manager, Jorge Mendes, played an important role in this transfer, leading the negotiations.
Despite interest from clubs from Germany and England, Moreira had expressed a desire to join Milan.
