Croatian midfielder Luka Modric will remain part of Milan for even longer.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano announced on Tuesday night that Modric will sign a new contract with Milan.
"The Croatian legend continues and does not retreat. Modric will soon sign a new short-term contract with Milan, he also spoke with coach Ruben Amorim," writes Romano.
Modric retired from international football after appearing with Croatia at the World Cup.
There were reports that he would retire from football completely after the World Cup. But Modric has decided to remain with Milan.
He joined Milan as a free agent from Real Madrid last year.
