Milan are preparing another bid for Granit Xhaka. As reported by the media close to the red and black club, Milan's sporting director, Igli Tare, has been working overtime with the aim of securing a deal for Xhaka. "Last week, an offer of 10 million euros was made, but this was not enough to convince Leverkusen, who hope to earn 16 million euros from the sale of Xhaka.
"So, another offer is expected to be sent to Leverkusen for Xhaka in the coming days. Milan should come close to the requested offer and perhaps include bonuses to help the deal. There are certainly positive signs, and it remains only for Leverkusen to resolve the issue," writes "sempremilan.com".
Xhaka has played 99 games for Leverkusen and led the team to the German title in the 2023/2024 season. He has a contract with Leverkusen until 2028.
