Manchester City have reached an agreement to transfer Argentine goalkeeper Geronimo Rulli from Marseille for 2 million euros.
The 34-year-old returns to the Etihad Stadium, where he spent the 2016/17 season, but without making a single appearance. Rulli has signed a two-year deal.
He has eight caps for Argentina, and was part of the team that won the 2022 World Cup and the 2024 Copa America.
Rulli replaces James Trafford, who moved to Leeds. He will be a backup to Gianluigi Donnarumma.
