Julen Lopetegui will be the new coach of last year's World Cup hosts, Qatar.
According to the Qatar Football Association, the 58-year-old Spaniard will lead the state team until 2027.
He will be Luis Garcia's replacement.
Lopetegui will make his debut in charge of Qatar in the 2026 World Cup qualifier on June 5 against Iran.
Lopetegui was most recently manager of West Ham in the Premier League.
He has also managed Wolverhampton and Sevilla, with whom he won the Europa League.

Lopetegui was also the coach of the Spanish national team.
However, in 2018, he was released by the Spanish Football Federation just two days before the World Cup in Russia, after he had begun talks with Real Madrid without informing the federation.
The adventure at Real Madrid had ended after 14 matches.
