Martin Zubimendi

Martin Zubimendi was named man of the match in Arsenal's 0-0 draw with Sporting Lisbon at the Emirates on Wednesday night. Arsenal advanced to the Champions League semi-finals with a 1-0 first-leg victory.

"In the absence of Martin Odegaard, Mikel Arteta preferred to play with two midfielders. Martin Zubimendi played a key role in creating the flow of the game along with his midfield partner Declan Rice," the UEFA Technical Supervisory Group's reasoning states.

Just three minutes later, Luis Diaz scored from a deflection by Eder Militao.

And at the very end, Michael Olise, in the 94th minute, scored a very beautiful goal to advance further.
