Albania has fallen two places this month in the new FIFA rankings. It was in 61st place last month, while it now occupies 63rd place. Albania had a 1:0 away win against Andorra on November 13, while on November 16 at the “Air Albania” in Tirana, they were defeated 2:0 by England.
Both Kosovo and Albania have advanced to the 2026 World Cup playoffs, and it is a historic success, as such an achievement has not been achieved before.
