Schaffhausen

In mid-January, brothers Fitim and Boletin Hasani became the new owners of the Swiss football club, Schaffhausen.

Schaffhausen competes in the second Swiss division, but is a club with tradition. However, it is going through a difficult time and is in danger of relegation to the third Swiss division.

As of Wednesday, the club has new owners. Fitim and Boletin Hasani are no longer in charge, Swiss media have announced.

Schaffhausen has announced in a statement that it has successfully completed the reorganization for the coming years. According to the announcement, the Hasani brothers have managed to stabilize the club during the challenging financial and structural phase. The Albanian brothers, according to the announcement, have conducted intensive negotiations. And an agreement with Lotus One Swiss AG has been signed. This company will invest directly in the club by purchasing shares. This company is now the main shareholder. Silvan Hurlimann is another shareholder.

Meanwhile, Martin Frick will be the chairman of the Board of Directors. Fitim Hasani is already the former chairman of the Board of Directors.

"My brother, Boletini, and I have worked hard to find a sustainable solution for the club and the region. We are pleased to present this solution with Lotus One Swiss AG," said Fitim Hasani.

This company is affiliated with Lotus Singapore Group, which is a global organization.

The previous owner of Schaffhausen is selling all the shares. There are many Albanian players in this team. Another Albanian, Jimmy Berisha, was the chief executive until recently. He left as part of the changes made by the Hasani brothers. Coach Ciriaco Sforza had also left and was replaced by Hakan Yakin.

After 32 rounds, Schaffhausen is last in the Swiss second division with 25 points. However, there is still a chance to remain in this category.

Ermir Lenjani, Bujar Lika, Florian Hoxha, Orges Bunjaku, Valon Hamdiu, Brendon Abazi are part of this traditional Swiss team.
