The captain of Kosovo in football, Erëleta Memeti, said that she and her teammates tried to do everything to get points from the duel with Croatia, but added that they lacked luck.
However, she has congratulated the players and now aims to achieve victory in the match in Croatia in a few days.
"Everybody fought until the last minute in this game. We have been with one less footballer for a long time, but this was not noticed because the girls fought hard. In the end, we could not come up with a positive result. I feel sorry for the girls who fought so hard and we didn't manage to get a point. I wanted to score but it didn't work. I hope for the next match in Croatia", said the Hoffenheim player after the match.
