Lautaro Martinez in the sixth minute and Petar Sučić in the 39th minute scored the goals in the first half.
Lazio's Alessio Romagnoli was sent off in the 59th minute, while Henrikh Mkhitaryan made it 3-0 in the 76th minute.
Elseid Hysaj was on the bench at Lazio.
Inter has 85 points in first place, while Lazio remains with 51 points.
