23-year-old Elezi scored the opening goal for the guests in the 27th minute.
But his goal in the end wasn't enough as Gorica was defeated by Dinamo.
Hoxha entered the game in the 62nd minute and assisted on the third goal in the 96th minute.
Elezi appeared for Gorica until the 66th minute, while Adrion Pajaziti until the 77th minute. Medin Gashi was on the bench.
Meanwhile, Dinamo midfielder Arijan Ademi played until the 85th minute.
Dinamo has 38 points in third place.
Gorica is in the penultimate position with 20 points. It risks relegation from the league.
