Dutchman of Turkish origin, Serdar Gozubuyuk, will referee the Kosovo - Iceland match.
The first leg will be played on Thursday at 20:45 in Pristina for League B of the Nations League. The return leg will be played on March 23 in Murcia, Spain.
The 39-year-old Dutchman has refereed in UEFA's three European competitions, the Champions League, Europa League and Conference League.
In October he was the main referee of the Nations League match between Poland and Portugal.
