At club level, she plays in the Bundesliga, for Eintracht Frankfurt. In Kosovo, she is a captain and leader for a long time.
Striker Erëleta Memeti continues to lead the Kosovo national football team, which is experiencing one of its best moments.
On Tuesday in Sofia, the 26-year-old scored a goal that is not often seen, with a direct shot from a corner.
Kosovo won 3:1 against Bulgaria to remain in first place in the World Cup qualifying group.
The World Cup is still far away for Kosovo, but the continued rise gives hope.

"Albulena Fejza blocked the goalkeeper very well, who could not catch the ball properly. I wanted to send the ball to the goal, with my right foot I was able to do this. There is always a possibility that the ball somehow passed and ended up in the net even with a corner kick. This time it worked and that makes me happy", Memeti told KOHĖN.
They already have five goals against Bulgaria. Kosovo meanwhile has six wins and one draw with the Bulgarians. The next match against this team is on Saturday in Pristina.
In March, Kosovo won 6-0 against group underdogs Gibraltar and then 1-0 away against Croatia. Croatia was the group favorite, but on Tuesday they narrowly won, only 1-0, against Gibraltar.
Kosovo is now in a good position to win the group, which would secure a play-off for World Cup qualification and promotion to League B for next campaign. They are currently in League C, which is the third tier.
For women's football, the qualifications are organized into leagues, or levels, the same as in the Nations League.
"There have been long days of training until the first match. The camps now last longer. And we can't wait to play. Maybe in Sofia we didn't show the most beautiful football, but the most important thing is always the result. And we can be satisfied. There are only a few days until the next match and that's good when you have continuous improvement in mind. A quick match serves to grow more. Of course, the second match of a group is always more tiring. But the girls are in good shape and ready to give their best", added Memeti.
Kosovo was previously in the B group. But they had lost all six group matches against Wales, Ukraine and Croatia. Now they have beaten Croatia and that is perhaps a sign of growth. But the captaincy remains grounded.
"It's true that things are going well at the moment. But we have won against Bulgaria before. Gibraltar is not a strong opponent. The victory over Croatia has proven that the team has developed. The goal is to win all the matches. And to achieve this, we dare not appear at any moment without giving 100 percent. The team is on the right track. All the players are also working individually to raise their level. This is very important," emphasized Erëleta Memeti.
