Edu Gaspar is considering leaving the post of sporting director at Arsenal, reports "Sky Sports" on Monday. Gaspar was appointed technical director of the English club on July 9, 2019, and sports director on November 18, 2022.
It is learned that in the premises of the Arsenal team they are desperate for the decision which Gasper is expected to make very quickly.
Brazilian Gaspar played an important role in the transfer of several footballers to Arsenal such as Martin Odegaard, Declan Rice, William Saliba and Kai Havertz.
The 46-year-old Gaspar also played as a footballer for Arsenal from 2002 to 2005. With Arsenal, he won six trophies as a footballer.
