The Competitions Commission of the Football Federation of Kosovo has opened disciplinary proceedings against Malisheva physiotherapist, Ali Bytyqi.
The report of the FFK General Manager states that Bytyqi had punched Edmond Zeqiri, the first assistant to the head referee Genc Nuza, in the face.
The Malisheva – Ferizaj match took place on Tuesday at the “Liman Gegaj” stadium in Malisheva. Malisheva won the match of the 20th week with the score 3:2.
"After the match ended, he got into the car and approached the first assistant, insulted him and punched him in the face. He then picked up a stone and tried to hit him again, but thanks to the intervention of the Malisheva players and head coach, the worst was avoided (they took him and brought him into the club's official premises). According to the report of the Malisheva-Uroševac match officials," the Kosovo Football Federation said in a statement.
