"The guy who will surprise you is someone who is not yet well known," Ancelotti told the BBC.
"We have a lot of attacking players. We have a lot of talent and players of different profiles. And if I have to name one, Estevao is one of Brazil's explosive talents."
Estevao has scored eight goals and made four assists in 34 appearances for Chelsea since joining the London side from Palmeiras last summer.
