Osmani made his debut on Saturday with the senior team at the big German club.
The 16-year-old replaced Leon Goretzka in midfield in the 87th minute of Bayern Munich's 4-0 win over Union Berlin.
The match was in the 27th round of the German Bundesliga.
Xherdan Shaqiri, Ylli Sallahi, Arijon Ibrahimovic, Leon Dajaku and Meritan Shabani have previously played for Bayern Munich's first team.
Now Osmani, who plays in the defensive midfielder position, has been added to this list.
Osmani is part of Germany's U16 team, while he has been at Bayern since 2017. He joined Bayern from Milbertsh Youth.
He has played this season with Bayern's U17 team, where he is also captain. He has also appeared with the U19 age group.
In 15 matches played in all competitions, Osmani has scored three goals and has five assists.
Bayern Munich had no trouble in Saturday's match. They scored twice in the first half, with Michael Olissen scoring in the 43rd minute and Serge Gnabry in the first minute of first-half stoppage time.
Harry Kane scored four minutes after the break, while Gnabry's next goal in the 67th minute sealed the match.
Bayern Munich leads the table with 70 points, while Union Berlin is in the middle of the table with 31 points.
