Borussia Dortmund has great faith in Niko Kovac.
The club has offered the 54-year-old coach a new contract. Bild reported that club officials plan to extend the contract, which expires in June 2027.
The new contract is expected to be valid until 2028.
Chelsea and Tottenham have expressed interest in Kovac, but he is happy at Dortmund.
Kovac, a Croatian born in Germany, took over at Dortmund in January last year.
Dortmund has secured a place in the Champions League for next season.
