The Ferizaj football club has a mission to remain in the Kosovo Super League. Ferizaj will aim to achieve this goal in the final phase of the competition with the new coach, the third in this edition.
Ferizaj announced on Sunday the dismissal of coach Nevil Dede after negative results.
But Ferizaj is not the only club that has made changes to its technical staff during this edition.
Malisheva is a champion for change.
Malisheva was initially managed by Bekim Isufi. But after an early elimination in the Conference League qualifiers, Isufi left Malisheva.
The club's leaders entrusted the team to Qatip Osman, who was succeeded by Elon Berisha. And now Malisheva is managed by Bylbyl Sokoli, who worked at Drenica at the beginning of the season.

The team from Skenderaj is now being led by Thomas Brdariq.
In addition to Ferizaj, Prishtina, Dukagjini and Prishtina e Re have also been led by three coaches.
Prishtina started with Arsim Thaqi. Thaqi was replaced by Afrim Tovërlani, although he was in first place. But after negative results, Prishtina parted ways with Tovërlani. Now the team is led by Alban Dragusha.
Arsim Thaqi is leading Dukagjini. Under his leadership, Dukagjini is far from the relegation zone, while it is in the semi-finals of the Cup. Dukagjini is in sixth place with 38 points.
Before Thaci, the team from Klina was led by Ismet Munishi and Ndue Përgjokaj.
Prishtina e Re started with Elon Berisha, continued with Shpëtim Babaj, and is currently led by Qëndrim Kida.
Balkan, Gjilan and Drenica were led by two coaches. Gjilan worked with Ardian Nuhiu and Debatik Curri; Drenica with Sokol and Brdariqi and Ferizaj with Arsim Abazhi and Nevil Dede.
"The club will announce the next developments in due course," Ferizaj's announcement reads after Dede's dismissal. So a new coach is expected.
Drita and Llapi are the only teams that will most likely end the 2025/2026 season with their current coaches, Zekirija Ramadani and Tahir Batatinë, respectively.
Coach Bekim Shotani lists several factors that push clubs to make changes even when teams are in good or decisive situations.
"The old adage continues, there is no major change in terms of the approach to coaches and the planning of the work they are doing. Unfortunately, few, very few teams are finding stability within and are trusting their coaches, while most, despite the fight to enter Europe or the risk of falling out of the league, are experiencing a kind of euphoria and distrust. The professional side of the people inside the club is missing. They are quickly falling under the influence, perhaps even of analysts in the media, perhaps even from the pressure of social networks, making unprofessional changes. I see these moves as wrong," said Shotani.
He also places some of the blame on the coaches.

"The fault lies with us, the coaches. Because they are signing unprofessional contracts. The coaches who are coming from other countries are with more professional contracts. They are acting smarter than us. They are benefiting in many aspects more than us," Shotani said.
