Lumbardh Dellova was announced on Thursday as the best player of the 31st round of the elite championship in Bulgaria.
The Kosovo center-back, who plays for CSKA Sofia, managed to score the winning goal in a 1:0 win over Spartak Varna in the match that took place on April 26.
He scored in the third minute, his second goal in 31 appearances in all competitions. He also scored in the Bulgarian Cup. CSKA Sofia reached the Cup final, and will face Ludogorets on May 22.
The 26-year-old Dellova also has one assist in the Cup.
"It's not our best season, but we are trying to improve our game. We will give everything in the championship and in the Cup match. I hope this is not my last goal. I must say that I feel very good here. We have a match with Botev and we are focused. We take the matches one by one and we will give everything we have. The final is the main match, obviously. We have to win it. We have a good team and a good game strategy. We have to win it in front of our fans", declared Dellova.
Dellova added that he really likes the game played by Liverpool defender and captain Virgil van Dijk.

"I like to play with the ball and get involved in the attack. I like Van Dijk's style," the Kosovo defender declared.
Dellova has also scored two goals with the "Dardans" in 15 appearances.
