Manchester City

Reigning Premier League champions Manchester City will compete in Group G at next year's Club World Cup in the United States of America.

The draw for this tournament was drawn on Thursday evening in Miami, in a ceremony that lasted more than 90 minutes. The Club World Cup trophy was also published there.

In the group with the current winner of this competition for clubs, he will face Juventus, Wydad AC of Morocco and Al Ain of the United Arab Emirates.

Lionel Messi and US MLS side Inter Miami are in Group A and face Egypt's Al Ahly in the first match of the 32-team Club World Cup.

Afterwards, Inter Miami will also play against Porto of Portugal and Palmeiras of Brazil.

Elite teams from all over the world are participating in this tournament.

The competition will be organized in 12 stadiums in the United States of America, from June 15 to July 13.

Manchester City are the reigning winners of the Club World Cup in 2023, in the old format.

Defeated the Brazilian team Fluminense for the first trophy.

City currently sit fourth in the Premier League. There have been many problems with injuries to key players, including Rodri, the Spanish midfielder who won the Ballon d'Or.

City, who have won four Premier League titles in a row, face Wydad AC in the opening game, then face Al Ain before closing the group stage with Juventus.

Inter Miami entered this Club World Cup as the penultimate team, after winning the award as the best team of the regular season in the MLS league. It was then eliminated in the first round of the playoffs last month.

In other groups, Paris Saint-Germain will be in Group B with Atletico Madrid, while Bayern Munich will meet Benfica in Group C.

Chelsea are considered to have the easiest group in Group D, as they meet Flamengo, Esperence Sportive de Tunisie and Club Leon.

Inter will compete with River Plate in Group E.

Borussia Dortmund is in Group F with Fluminense, who appeared in last season's final.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid will be in Group H with Neymar's Al Hilal, Pachuca and Salzburg.

Real Madrid is the most successful Club World Cup team with five trophies won.
