Manchester City have agreed to sell midfielder Tijjani Reijnders to Al Qadsiyah in Saudi Arabia's top flight, international media reported on Thursday.
Milan will also benefit from this sale, due to the special clause.
Reijnders was sold to City last summer for €55 million, plus another €14 million in bonuses, depending on his performances.
"La Gazzetta dello Sport" wrote that Milan sold the Dutchman with a clause that would help them earn 14 million euros if City decided to sell him immediately after the first season.
Nottingham, Galatasaray and Juventus have also expressed interest in Reijnders this summer.
The 28-year-old played 47 games last season, contributing seven goals and eight assists in all competitions.
