Manchester City have begun contract talks with Phil Foden, The Times reported on Monday.
The 25-year-old is a product of City's academy. And despite his continued decline in form, City have long-term plans for Foden.
Foden's current contract runs until June 2027. Foden is one of the highest-paid players at the club.
There have been recent rumours that the Englishman could join Bayern. Foden hopes to be part of England's World Cup squad.
