Ferdi Kadioglu scored the first goal for the home team in the third minute.
Jack Hinshelwood scored the 2:0 goal in the 56th minute, while Danny Welbeck made it 3:0 in the 91st minute.
With the loss, Chelsea falls to seventh place with 48 points, while Brighton rises to sixth place with 50 points. So with the loss, Chelsea has fallen out of the European zone.
