Chelsea have been fined £10m (€11,6m) and given a suspended sentence for registering new players in two transfer windows, for breaching rules relating to payments to agents between 2009 and 2022.
But the London club has had its six-point penalty, which was suspended until June 30, 2027, lifted after an appeal.
Chelsea admitted making secret payments of £47m to unregistered agents and third parties for transfers between 2011 and 2018.
The English FA said it is continuing to investigate individual misconduct arising from this case.
The fine was initially set at £26 million, but was reduced several times mainly due to the club's cooperation.
All the violations relate to the period when Roman Abramovich was the owner of Chelsea, writes the BBC.
