Spanish champion Barcelona has reacted to the statements made by Real Madrid president Florentino Perez.
Barcelona has said it is following Perez's allegations carefully.
"Regarding the press conference held by Real Madrid president Florentino Perez, we inform that our legal department is carefully reviewing his statements and accusations. They are currently being analyzed and the steps to be taken are being evaluated. When deemed appropriate, any position and decision taken will be announced," Barcelona wrote in its response.
Perez said that a campaign is being waged against the club and against him personally.
Perez, among other things, said that La Liga is Real Madrid's constant opponent.
