Full-back Ivan Balliu is the next player Albania may miss for the Nations League matches.
According to the Albanian Football Federation, Balliu suffered an injury in the match that Rayo Vallecano played against Osasuna in La Liga at the weekend.
"Balliu underwent magnetic resonance imaging, which revealed an ankle injury and has started a rehabilitation program with his club. The medical staff of the Albanian National Team is in constant communication with the medical staff of Rayo Vallecano to closely monitor the player's condition and the progress of his recovery," the Albanian Football Association wrote on Tuesday.
On Monday, it was announced that due to injuries, Albania will not be able to count on Qazim Laçi and Adrion Pajaziti.
