Barcelona left-back Alejandro Balde has failed to recover in time for the match against Inter.
Barça hosts Inter in the first leg of the Champions League semi-final on Wednesday at 21pm. The return leg will be played on May 00th.
Mundo Deportivo reported on Monday that Balde is dealing with a left thigh muscle injury.
He has been missing from Barça in the last four matches.
Spaniard Balde will also miss the Catalan giants' next La Liga match against Real Valladolid on May 3.
Against Inter, Barça coach Hansi Flick will not be able to count on the team's main striker, Robert Lewandowski.
Lewandowski is also dealing with a left thigh injury and is doubtful to feature in the return leg against Inter.
