After the UEFA Appeal decided on the interrupted match between Romania and Kosovo, the Kosovar Football Federation published a communiqué with "very positive notes", although the match was lost with an official score of 3:0.
According to FFK, "UEFA's decision confirmed the reasonable actions of the Kosovo National Team against racist behavior and provocative political messages".
In that communique where UEFA's decision was almost considered a victory for Kosovo, FFK warned that it would appeal to CAS for the 3:0 loss.
"We do not agree with the decision to remove three points from Kosovo and announce the result 3:0 in favor of Romania. For this decision, the FFK will file complaints and will appeal the case to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne, continuing to protect the right and integrity of our National Team", it was written in the communique of the FFK, on the 20 November.
Since then, the Kosovar federation has not announced any concrete steps regarding sending the case to CAS.
KOHA on Tuesday, via email, requested a position from the FFK regarding sending the case to CAS, but did not receive a response.
