The Portuguese coach of Fenerbahçe, Jose Mourinho, has said that he "cannot speak" about the referees of the match with the French Lille, after the elimination from the Champions League qualifications, as he may be punished.
Fenerbahçe on Tuesday night drew 1:1 with Edon Zhegrovo's Lille in the third qualifying round of the Champions League, but it was not enough to advance further.
The Turkish team was eliminated with the overall result, 3:2.
Mourinho has stressed that his team can now go far in the Europa League if the referees are correct in their refereeing.
"We wouldn't be able to win the Champions League. We could never reach the final of the Champions League. Never", said Mourinho after the elimination.
"But we can go far in the Europa League", he added, implying that he needs a good reference to achieve success.

Mourinho was appointed Fenerbahce coach in June after being sacked by Roma earlier this year.
