Striker Lautaro Martinez has agreed to sign a new contract with the Inter team.
Martinez's agent, Alejandro Comano, on Friday in an interview for the Argentinian media "TyC Sports", has confirmed that Martinez will continue for a few more years with the Italian team.
"Yes, now we have reached an agreement in principle for Lautaro's new contract", said Comano.
The 32-year-old will be part of Inter until the summer of 2029. His current contract ends in 2026.
According to the new contract, Martinez will receive nine million euros per season.
In the 2023/2024 edition, the Argentine scored 44 goals and made seven assists in 27 appearances with the Inter shirt. He joined Inter in 2018 from Racing Club.
