The victory over Everton is not enough for Arsenal


The victory in the last round of the Premier League for the current edition was not enough for Arsenal to win the title of champion.

Arsenal on Saturday won 2:1 against Everton in the 38th round, but ended the campaign in second place.

The "revolveristas" finish in second place with 89 points, two less than the champion Manchester City.

Idrissa Gueye scored 1:0 for Everton in the 40th minute, while Takehiro Tomiyasu equalized three minutes later.

Kai Havertz scored the winning goal in the 89th minute.

Arsenal had won the last title two decades ago, in the 2003/2004 edition.
