Awareness for nature conservation through art in waste

Problems with waste and environmental pollution have become the biggest challenges of humanity today.

And these wastes and unused things the environmentalist artist from New York, Mariah Reading, has been using for a long time in a creative way to sensitize to the pollution of the planet.

The author of these special works has combined her love for nature with her talent as an artist, painting landscapes through beautiful views of nature.

But what is special here is the adaptation of the waste she finds in these spaces, painting them and camouflaging them as part of nature.

Joys, shoes, dry boxes, aluminum parts, plastic pieces, dry bottles, unused containers and many other elements have been continuously used by Mariah in these paintings that she has been making for several years now.

So far she has visited about 24 national parks within the United States of America, and she aims to continue until she explores all 63 such parks that exist there.

In addition to the message that the author conveys with these works, she has also transformed these special works as part of her business.

Ranging from 150 to over 1000 euros, Mariah has these paintings on display on her online site, where she intends to sell them.

According to the artist, her goal is to leave a mark on the earth, while improving whatever she sees around her.
