Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Kosovo has increased in the third quarter of this year compared to the third quarter of last year, based on data published by the Kosovo Agency of Statistics.
The data was derived taking into account economic activities, access to spending, current prices and prices from a previous year.
According to ASK, GDP has increased by 3.08 percent compared to the previous year.
Activities that increased in Q3 are financial and insurance activities, with an increase of 8.13 percent, construction 7.19 percent. Scientific, professional and technical activities, administrative and support service activities. Agriculture, forestry and fishing have increased by 3.42 percent. And real estate activities 0.54 percent.
"The economic activities that increased in this quarter are: Financial and insurance activities 8,13%; Construction 7,19%; Scientific, professional and technical activities, administrative and support service activities 4,76%; Agriculture, forestry and fishing 3,42%; Manufacturing 3,16%; Information and communication 2,95%; Arts, entertainment and recreation, household goods production activities for own use and other services 2,66%; Wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, transport and storage; accommodation and food service activities 2,28%; Public administration and defence, compulsory social security, education, health and social work activities 1,85%; Extractive industry, processing, electricity, gas, steam and air supply, water supply; waste treatment and management activities, rehabilitation 1,32% and Property activities real estate 0,54%", ASK announced.
