In an extraordinary press conference, he said that the conditions did not exist to make a gathering like UFOs, an expression he used for extraterrestrials. "Albania is not a UFO, at least", said Edi Rama with his mouth full, and repeated that his attitude towards Kosovo is and will remain in line with the Euro-Atlantic community.

Rama has continuously amnestied Serbia from its participation in the actions demonstrated in the north to undermine Kosovo's citizenship. This, according to him, would mean a "farewell for who knows how long and the formal control of the state over the entire territory" and ironically said: "let's enjoy a Republic of KFOR in the North of Kosovo".

The Prime Minister of the state, as he will call it brotherly of Kosovo, is now looking for a "Republic of KFOR", through the call for this mission to take control in the north. And, this does not constitute "alignment" with the Euro-Atlantic community. For months, Rama believes that he has found the therapy to bring peace, through the resolution of the dialogue deadlock. In the recipe he described the formation of the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority. According to the version of the Prime Minister of Albania, there are only two people who are disinterested in the Association - of course, he is talking about Kurti and Vuçiq - but that both of them at this point, according to him, are together, not that they got along, but that are interested in the Association not being created. "Why", asked Rama. "Because of the way they have built their internal politics, they need an external enemy", he answered to himself.

Only an extraterrestrial can read the situation so wrongly and think that the Association is the thing that undoes the image of the imaginary enemy in Kosovo and in Serbia. If it is created, hostilities fall - Rama tells us.

The document still remains secret. And, based on the references he mentioned, quite a few concerns arise. A better indicator that Rama does not even have a basic knowledge of the problem are the references he uses such as "Serbian municipalities" for municipalities with a Serbian majority or "Association of Serbian municipalities" for the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority.
