Letter to the Reader — Why We're Asking for Your Support ContributeSwiss footballers arrived at their base in the US on Wednesday morning.
Xhemaili has analyzed the Swiss national team, and has evaluated Breel Embolo as the most important player on the team.
And he also talked about Xhaka, of course.
"Nobody can beat Xhaka. He is in a league of his own and probably the best Swiss player of all time," said Xhemaili.
He does not expect Xhaka to leave the national team after the World Cup in the USA, Canada and Mexico.
"He looks familiar, I can't imagine him retiring after the World Cup. He is in very good physical condition and has had an exceptional season with Sunderland. With this form, Switzerland simply cannot do without Xhaka," stressed Blerim Xhemaili.
